External labor Inclusion

Its objective is for the student to begin to acquire experience in the workplace through interacting with others, carrying out certain activities, having some specific responsibilities, following rules and routines and, above all, feeling productive within the environment in which they operate.

This program seeks to prepare and train them, so that in the future they can access formal employment in ordinary companies, like any other worker, demonstrating their talent and commitment. Its purpose is for the person with Down Syndrome: to be more independent, to be an economic support for their family, to participate and contribute like any other citizen in a productive way within an ordinary company, to enjoy the same rights and labor obligations as their co-workers.
