Las Margaritas Experimental Educational Center

The Las Margaritas Experimental Educational Center is an inclusive institution that has provided primary education since 2008. It welcomes both typical students (children without a diagnosis) and students with Down syndrome. Our pedagogical approach is based on collaborative learning, fostering the development of values ​​such as empathy, leadership, cooperation, and patience. Developing primary level skills in an inclusive environment, attending to the specific needs of students with Down syndrome and conventional students.

Specific objectives

Las Margaritas Educational Center is designed for mainstream students aged 7 to 12 and students with Down syndrome aged 7 to 14. The teaching staff consists of primary school teachers and special education teachers, who collaborate to ensure inclusion and implement the necessary curricular adaptations for each student.
